Window & Glass Repair in Vero Beach, FL

Vero Beach has some well-known history. Historic Dodgertown, now called the Jackie Robinson Training Complex, was the Dodgers' Spring Training home for decades. And McKee Botanical Garden is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Closer to home, we come out to houses around Vero Beach to fix glass, window hardware, sliding doors and screens. If something's broken or getting hard to use, we'll take a look and talk through what it needs.

Living with salt air

Salt in the air comes with living on the coast. As UF/IFAS Extension puts it, corrosion can happen readily in humid places, especially where the moisture is salty. Over time, that's hard on the metal parts in windows, sliding doors and screens.

It's part of why we see these repairs in local homes. If a latch feels stiff or a window takes more effort than it used to, it's worth having us look.

Before storm season

The Atlantic hurricane season runs from June through November, and it's worth being prepared, since you never know what a season will bring. Vero Beach felt both Frances and Jeanne in 2004.

The months before the season starts are a good time to look over your windows and sliders. Is there cracked glass? A door that won't lock? A window that won't close all the way? Those are the everyday problems we fix.

"A rock from the lawn flew up and chipped the window. I live in a 70s house so it required special tinted glass and a specific width. They ordered my glass, it shipped in a good amount of time. Victor came in and had it repaired in about 20 minutes. Thank you for great service!!"
