This home, just a short drive up the road from Downtown Melbourne, FL has a tremendous view. Facing south, the home is able to view the rising sun in the east and the setting sun in the west all from a large 58” x 58” double paned insulated glass (or IG) unit. It’s not hard to imagine greeting each new day in front of that window or sipping your afternoon tea while tracking the sun across the sky!

Unfortunately, our homeowner hadn’t been able to enjoy that view for quite some time. As you can see from the pictures the outer pane of this window was broken allowing salty rain and dirt to enter the unit and completely clouding out his remarkable view!
